If you have a complaint

At FND Hope UK, we work hard to deliver at the highest of standards. If we fall short of these standards please take the time to tell us about it as we would like the opportunity to put things right.

Complaints can be made in the following ways:

What will happen next?

The Executive Director will investigate your complaint and will aim to get back to you within 20 working days with a resolution. If we need to make more in-depth investigations, we will let you know how long it will take to resolve.

If you are still not happy

We want you to feel satisfied that we have resolved your complaint, however if this is not the case please let us know.

In these circumstances we will pass your complaint to our Chair who will investigate and do their best to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

Our aim is to fully resolve the complaint within 20 working days of receipt.
